I bake therefore I am....

...not a pig! Well I try not to be. Apricot flapjacks just out of the oven for Saturday workshops in my shop. I have to have 36 + portions of cake, a 12 hour workshop at 2 pieces of cake per delegate, 18 delegates (+ me!) Apricot Flapjack keeps so I have made that first!

I just use the food setting on my Baby Lumix.....at least I changed it from the sunset setting...as technical as I get.
