True Love

At 63 years of marriage, my dad is in the hospital, had a series of seizures, low heart rate and had a pacemaker put in, had an infection, unable to stay awake or speak or walk...has been like this for almost 4 weeks. My mom has been by his side EVERY day...True Love, missing her honey, calls him her sleeping beauty...this is my example of what marriage is, for better or worse, in sickness and in health, until...please God, don't let it come to that! There is still so much I have to let my dad know...how grateful I am that I was chosen to be his daughter (adopted), all his support of me through my Navy life, the examples he set for my sons, my married life, all the things he taught me (how to make repairs around the house, how to fix my car,etc)....Love you Dad! Get well soon!
