A Mom Never Forgets

Went to see a movie tonight
it was the first theater visit I've had since my baby girl was born.
It was nice
and little one was in very capable hands,
she loves being social
and didn't miss us too much.

But when I got home she laid her hand on my cheek
probably just like the other times when she's done the same
but it felt special...

and I'll never forget.
