Sightseeing

We decided to separate the parents again today, so Non-Accidental had my Dad and I took my mother to Stromness. We had a good rake around the tourist and craft shops and had a nice bit of lunch before going to look for seals. Unfortunately by the time we got to the beach the rain had started and the tide was high and so that was a bit of a wash out, but everything else was a success.

Headed back over to my sisters in the evening, with a car full of Chinese takeaways, and mother proceeded to thrash us all at Scrabble - putting "Bangers" down and getting 77 points for it! Don't give the elderly any quarter - they are more cunning than they look!
