Stoodley Pike

Been across the border into West Yorkshire today for our annual bilberry picking walk around Hardcastle Crags. it is a great walk full of interesting paths and landscape as well as ruined mill workings, part of the Pennine Way and chance to use the composting toilet at Gisbson Mill tea rooms. I hope the worms are enjoying my contribution. Stoodley Pike is on the Pennine Way and was built to commemorate the Battle of Waterloo.
