Cycling to (not at) Sunrise

Today I joined up with a few friends for a ride up to Sunrise in Mount Rainier National Park. The ride featured 21 miles that was almost entirely uphill, but then we turned around for almost 21 miles of descending. The best part was the views. A beautiful day without a single cloud in the sky, and Mount Rainier was in full glory. Looking forward to a possible repeat ride next week, as long as I can get all my work done in the meantime.

Oh, and there was no park entrance fee to get into Mount Rainier. Apparently fees are being waived at all National Parks today. Bonus!
