Fluttering bye

Didn't manage to come up with anything particularly 'on-theme' for the Weekend Blip-Challenge due to the impact of various time-bandits. I hopefully have a workable idea for tomorrow though, so if Ikea doesn't take up all my day, I'll maybe have time to do it.

Did get out briefly early afternoon to investigate the hive of activity that was an overhanging buddleia.

It was covered in Bees, wasps, hover-flies and butterflies. I spotted this one that was a little different from the others. I know next to nothing about butterflies other than the name of the Red Admiral. I don't think this is one of those.

I think he looks a bit rock'n'roll.
