Summer daze

Today was a lovely summer afternoon, largely spent drinking in a field with most of my oldest and best friends. A gently waving field full of the sound of friends laughing, children screaming and scheming, and bottles uncorking. All of life's travails and hardships are entirely justified by providing moments such as these. In other words, this is what it's all about.
