Scots Pine
Out on Big Rabs canoe again this morning. As you can see, it was a beautiful morning. I took this shot of this lone Scots Pine, perched on the edge of Inchconnachan, on the way across to Bucinch. A crackin wee island which is cloaked in woodland. We had breakfast there, on a small sandy beach by an old stone jetty. We returned to Aldochlay via The Narrows, the narrow river-like strait which seperates Inchconnachan from Inchtavannach. I can only agree with the author (who's name escapes me at this time) who wrote: "Whosoever does not know this beautiful strip of water has entirely lived in vain"
