The Clock Watcher
Went into Peterborough today to buy a few necessities. We live in the countryside and tend not to travel into cities very often so it's a bit of a day out and treat time when we do.
We bought our essentials then went out for lunch at Frankie and Benny's which H and Bob both love. They couldn't have been more accommodating to Noah and provided little bowls of cherry tomatoes and dough balls and fruit and didn't even charge us for them (he devoured the lot)!
We always have to stop by this clock if Henry is with us because he loves the fact you can see all the internal mechanisms. I like it because it's outside Jessops! The shot isn't as sharp as I'd like because of the lighting...it was a compromise between high ISO noise and motion blur because of a slower shutter speed.
We've had a lovely lazy day so far and I have every intention of it continuing in that vein now we're home.
