Firbush the 13th....

....early start at work so that I could join a few of the usual suspects for a lunchtime pint. The beer was good, but the food and service was patchy...Windsor Buffet; could do better.

A 4 o'clock flyer with Nancy and Owen up the M9 to Loch Tay and our visit to the Firbush Field Centre. It's a superb outdoor ed. place owned by Edinburgh Uni and operated for staff, families and students. Delicious three course meal, including fish and chips served on our arrival and the Firbush Club Bar is a nice touch too.

The weather forecast for tomorrow is superb, although just for a change, the absence of wind in the prediction is not good for our sailing plans.
