of rest today for R. Yesterday was a great, but emotionally heavy day for him. We made his long awaited wheelchair wander through the hospital though!We even bought some water ice popsickels downstairs. 't was quite an adventure getting him in a speciall wheelchair and in his underware (understandably he refused to go without it), with all those lines still attached to him.

It was so good to see the BIG smile on his face when I came in to his room this morning. Unbelievable to see him getting better by the hour!

Lots of talking with few words and big hugs.......

If all goes wel its off to the Cardiologie ward tomorrow.

A 'one year ago' again! So strange to look back at a time when there was nothing wrong yet.
