Sold

My 4 year old noticed that next door had a sold sign up! Don't know what price they have accepted, but I know it going to be a lot less than we paid for ours, that hurts my life savings gobbled up by house deflation. Thing is I knew it would happen, OK I thought it was going to happen, but I had been thinking something similar for 10 years.
