Stormy Sunday

Any port in a storm, as the saying goes. My port this afternoon turned out to be the kitchen.

I planned to get out and photograph something in Riverside but around 3:30 pm the clouds rolled in and the heavens opened, with thunder and lightning as an added bonus.

I had been busy working on processing shots from the Tampa trip and had not kept my eye on the changing weather conditions. Oh well.

In a desperate search for something to shoot for today's blip, I turned to the kitchen. The scene from the kitchen window sums up this afternoon and the early evening.
