Old engine

Visited Malmö University College today for a seminar where one of my doctoral students was discussing a paper. Took a quick falafel for lunch in the car in a parking area by the railway yard ....

A few steps from the car I spotted this not quite new engine posing with two of Malmö´s profile buildings on each side of it: Turning Torso and "Slakthuset"! The Torso should be known by now by most blippers (the one which HerrK recently bragged about having entered its 53th floor!). The right one is an old slaughter house which have been rebuilt for a pleasure palace and exhibition hall!

Thursday morning I´m of for the first time to Ireland! Conference in Cork and then me and a collegue from Stockholm have rented a car for a few days to see a little more of Ireland! We are planning to drive up to Gallway for an overnite stay at a B&B, crossing the island to Dublin for one hell of an evening :o)! Then flying back to Sweden from there!

I really look forward to this short but intense trip!
