Why is it?

Why is it that a bunch of keys this size is so easy to lose?

Why is it at least a couple of times a week I end up searching high & low for them.........before I leave the house, when I get to work, at the supermarket checkout and most frustrating of all, in the bottom of my bag!!

There is a lot to be said for having the key tied to a piece of string at the back of the letterbox....
