Sunny Sunday Afternoon

After the dogs long journey in the car yesterday (yes he was in the Mearns too) we took him up to Plean Country Park for a long walk this morning. We managed quite a distance considering the wee fella is walking...being carried...walking...being carried...being carried...he'll get there.

Headed home for a spot of lunch and then because it was such a lovely day we headed along to the park with the kids and their bikes. Both boys are really going them well now:-) Soon be able to go out for family cycles...a long time dream of mine:-)

There is no show without punch as you can see...I have fond memories of long summers spent cycling round this track as a child...it was great fun speeding round it again.

After our visit to the park we headed to the Peak for a swim. The pool was really quiet so I think we might try and make this a regular occurrence at this time on a Sunday.

All in all a busy, fun filled day...just how I like them:-)
