CARDINAL PLACE, VICTORIA STREET
After a day full of meetings at work, I met my friend Emma, her mother and her year old daughter for dinner. Emma is currently living and working in Moscow, where her husband is a diplomat. She was in London for a brief period, and I was delighted when she got in touch. I first met Emma in Canberra, seven years ago - where we had lots of fun!
We had dinner in Cardinal Place, Victoria Street. We left the restaurant at about 9.15pm and I decided to blip the area outside Wagamama's. Baby Olive can be seen in the blip - she was fascinated by the green lights.
Earlier in the summer, there were free open air films screened here (including one of my all-time favourites, "Dirt Dancing"). A few scant weeks ago, it would still have been light at 9.15pm in London - so yet another indication that Autumn is on its way...
