Unplanned gardening

More evidence of my disorganised style of gardening. The courgettes are struggling in heavy clay soil. The butternut squash plants are still in their pots, after it took them weeks to germinate. But there are some sort of squash-type plants thriving in the wheelbarrow. They sprang out of some compost I was going to spread on the veggie beds.
