Black-Eyed Susan

These are truly a drought and heat loving plant. I love the added color that they add to my yard this time of year when everything else is fading.
But even they are starting to wilt under this August's sun.
A friend told me that she considers them weeds because of their aggressive spreading. I said, let them spread... at least their still alive!
