Mint time

My obsession with mint green continues...

and this clock reminds me a recipe in the Hamlyn cookbook that's been in my family for ages. There is a recipe for a 'clock cake' and it looks just like this! Will have to take a picture of said recipe to show you! mmmmm cake!
