first breath

This is my 'Seretide' asthma inhaler, which I use first thing in the morning and last thing at night.

Nothing special in that, I'm sure you'll agree - except that today the counter-clicker-thingy tells me that I have 73 actuations left before it runs out.

Which just happens to be the year I gasped my first breath.
