Up to the Fiesta Mayor de Gracia in the late afternoon, to find a restaurant asking people to write their favourite recipes on long strips of paper hanging outside their premises! This lad, with his younger brother, was very keen to get his (or his grandmother's) recipe for 'Mary's Butter' recorded!
