World class wreckin' crew

...well maybe no quite.

Our Taekwon Do instructor got the keys to the building that will be her new gym yesterday. She'll be getting proper tradesmen in to do the real work but there was a lot of demolishing and clearning needing done before they get in.

A few of us from the class headed down to get cracked on with it tonight. We were there from about seven until not long after nine but in that time we managed to get about half the stud partition down plus all the ceiling and joists in the bits we had to clear.

There's a lot of clearing up to be done but we have a large skip coming on Friday.

We did not too bad really, the top shot is maybe half an hour into proceedings and the bottom one was just as we were finishing up for the evening. It's looking onto where the doorway and the wall with the plywood had been in the first shot.

There's still a fair bit to be done before it's our new Dojang but we've made a start.
