Fresh Fruit

I cut up the melon used in yesterday's blip and added a fruit salad C made. It was so pretty I felt obligated to share it with you -- if only visually.

All the fruit was grown locally, less than twenty miles from our home. The melon and peaches came from Cloud Mountain Farm, owned by friends of ours. The blueberries were from another Whatcom County farm, and the huckleberries grew in our back yard, on a bush I rescued from up the hill where I walk the dogs.
