Yes to tango in Education

Can't resist another tango shot, can I?

As I was walking back from my Spanish class to university thinking about blip, I heard a woman singing through a microphone and as I looked I saw this. I believe they were there because they tried to collect signatures for a petition "Yes to tango in our education".

Also in the process of backblipping last week, including my trip to Uruguay
