Shadowy

I took this shot of a window cleaners shadow first thing this morning after having purchased my athletes breakfast of Steak Bake and Orange Lucozade.

I knew I was unlikely to take another photo today and I've been proven right.

Even after following the breakfast with a mid morning Sausage and Egg double decker (on a brown roll of course for health reasons) I'm still feeling shabby.

That Raheny Eye is a bad influence, it's just as well we are separated by the Oirish Sea.
