Ludlow from above

Visited Ludlow this afternoon. Had a nice time drinking tea and visiting lovely delis.

Took my camera in the hope of photographing the castle. But it was frustrating because I didnt want to pay to go in, and trying to capture it from outside the walls didnt really work.

However, we got lost driving away from the castle and found ourselves at this beautiful spot overlooking the town. I like this shot as it had the castle and the church, as well as the hills and the lovely sky too.

Sometimes you dont capture things the way you intend. But sometimes those are the nicest shots :)
