Tasty.

Woke up very early today and got a bonus sunrise out of the deal.

I'm working on a sustainability project to help my former university's cafeteria reduce their solid food waste through an education and awareness program. Today we did a scrape day. We basically saved and weighed all of the food that was just wasted... Whole grinders, plates of french fries, untouched eggs & waffles... basically, stuff that people took with no intention of actually eating.

309 pounds later, we were done. That was just breakfast and lunch, on a slow day in the cafe.
