Cherry Blossom

I didn't make much time for photos today, so this shot of a cherry blossom is all I've got. I spotted it in somebody's garden as I took Cousteau for his walk in the forest this afternoon, we postponed the morning walk because the weather was pants.

This afternoon it really brightened up and turned into a lovely day. I went for a kayak down the Avon for the first time in months. The river was very beautiful, which was just as well as it took my mind off how unfit I am and how much the kayaking was hurting. Really enjoyed being out there though so well worth the aching muscles. I'm going to pay for the lack of exercise while over in Australia last month.
