Every where you go you see people wanting your money. Every mile or so you are bound to see a Petrol station telling you how much you have to pay them per litre, and people just do what they say.

There is a guy that often appears on the ITV news called Martin Lewis. I have often heard and read him say that there is nothing wrong with haggling now and again. As far as he is aware, there are no laws stating you cannot haggle.

If anyone has time, you should have a read of some of this guys work. Quite interesting some of the stuff he comes up with.
