More Northern Soul In here

This is Victor, Had a chat with him today. He is re-colouring the compass in Middle Meadow walk. He originaly painted it in May and it has slowly faded. He likes the idea of this as a meeting point.
Sadly, some cyclists are passing so fast. He said that when he was here in May he, saw a number of dogs, a couple of children and and one older person being taken out by cyclist who are in too much of a hurry.
