Happy Birthday Lucy!

I can't believe that 3 years ago I was holding this teeny baby; at one point on the difficult fertility journey I thought I would never have any children at all; therefore when Lucy finally arrived at 6.45am on August 20th 2007, I was ecstatic! She was so tiny and so perfect. But where did all of that black hair go??!

Lucy has had so much fun today, she spent the first part of the morning playing music and singing on her new pink keyboard, whilst Izzy danced along and grabbed the microphone whenever she spotted a chance. Mummy and Daddy then took the Dolls to the farm, where Lucy splashed in puddles, drove a tractor and saw some teeny, yellow fluffy ducklings!

After the trip to the farm, it was off to Grandma's for the afternoon where Lucy was spoilt rotten with lots of birthday cake and presents, including a real wooden Doll's House, some dressing-up clothes and a fairy toadstool tent which shall be perfect for her party tomorrow...

Lovely day for the precious little monster.
