What could it be?

All sorts of late night opportunities exist on Broad Street, where this was taken. Pretty much anything you could imagine (probably) but especially if it involves drinking, fighting or skimpy dressing. Or badly prepared food (this week a 'restaurant' on Broad Street got penalised for cockroaches and mice).
