Get Well Soon

I had to put the macro photography journey on hold to have surgery. Nothing major...just getting rid of unnecessary body parts. ;)

My staff was kind enough to send me some "get well soon" flowers. They are very beautiful and much appreciated. This was taken with my point and shoot. There really isnt much more to shoot from the couch. Maybe my toes sticking out from the other end of the blanket? haha!

I have another full week before I must go back to the office. Walking is recommended for recovery so I think a few trips around the neighborhood with the camera will be perfect. Though, I'm not allowed to lift more than 5 lbs. I guess my tripod stays home.
