The balancing act

Today got finally a change to go for a little bike ride this afternoon and this really was kind of balancing act as have more or less spent my time inside for the past week. The weather was ok even sun was not shining and they had forecasted some rain.

Prepared some reindeer meat and potatoes and some carrots to meet each other in a kind of stew. My plan was that Mrs. Mrok just puts the stew into owen and then we have ready made dinner after coming back home from my ride :)

Decided to visit one fishing harbor approx 20kms away. Did few extra turns on the way and when reaching the harbor noticed that one old fishermans family shop was still open. Bought one garlic-salmonroll to go with the water had in bottle and also some herb-cheese salmon fillets for tomorrows dinner. That garlic-salmonroll was delicious and I was very tempted to buy some more but luckily didn't. At home there was the stew waiting..

Today still going to go for a sauna with our son U. Perhaps some good movie and some snacks in the evening. Perhaps even few drops of some scottish single malts after U has reached his beadtime.
