Amaryllis

These plants are normally forced to come out at around Christmas or you buy them to plant at Christmas and then they flower in the spring, but this one is flowering right now.
It belonged to my mother in law and was in flower in February earlier this year when she was ill. We brought 3 of them home and they have all flowered again. - two small bright red ones and this magnificent specimen which has just opened it's third flower.
