when all else fails this gets me through. Off to Ireland for the weekend and, as usual, a million things to sort out before we go. This wee guy has seen a lot of action today.

It was a University day, Team Development, so having to shift gear from academic insight to internal reflection to team reflection, in a variety of languages and through a number of cultural filters. All interesting, but today it has just made my head ache. tomorrow will be better, brighter and hopefully deliver a better plip experience.
