Having a play ...

... with my brand new D90 camera!

This a gladioli that I grew myself, from a bulb. It had reached 'breaking point' (literally) and was about to be put in a vase, where it will spend the last few days' of its life.

En route to the 'vase cupboard' I grabbed an old turquoiise vest top, which has found a second life as a duster, and decided to have a little play with my new camera.

There are lots of new buttons, switches and functions for me to master on my new D90 - it is very different from my old, and now non-functioning, D40, but I love it already!
