Sunday's Dinner
Really not the greatest blip but I was desperate to fill in the blank. I didn't feel like hanging around the kitchen for a long time so it was broiled trout for dinner. It was quick and easy. Just slice tomatoes, garlic, scallions, and lemons, mix with olive oil, salt and pepper. Stuff into the fish and wrap in foil. Pop into the oven. All done in 30 minutes.
