Kellie Castle, Fife

How's about that for a holiday home? We've visited Kellie Castle many times before, but haven't been there for a few years and had not been in the house, only the garden.

Today we had an invitation from the lovely organisers of the Crail Festival 2010 to go to a BBQ for all the sponsors of the festival at Wormistoun, Crail. So we thought that a little visit to flex our National Trust Membership cards would be in order.

We watched the introductory video at the Castle and were interested to find that the Lorimer family had used the castle as a holiday home. A bit bigger than our wee Sandcastle.
