Lambs.

Last Martha's Vineyard blip~

I could've wrote a lot more for my entries the past two days so I'm going to go back and write some more for those days. I was just so tired and trying to blip on time. This is a back blip because we didn't get home until one.

Went to visit the Gay Head Cliffs this morning and then it started to rain. On our way back to Vineyard Haven we stopped by a lamb farm. I got out of a car and there was a white lamb that just got out. The rest of the lambs were behind a fence. So naturally, I followed this lamb. He was running and then would stop and say Ba-a-a-a-ahh. I followed him until he went into this whole in this old building. The whole thing was very Alice in Wonderland except I didn't follow him into the hole. However I wish I could follow a white rabbit down a hole and take a potion and shrink.

So then I took pictures of the other lambs (and they responded to my realistic lamb noises) and then we left and ate lunch in town. After lunch I walked around and just looked at the hundreds of art galleries. It was so peaceful and I enjoyed the photo galleries the most. It was really inspiring and some of the photographers were in their galleries talking to people about their craft. Then I went shopping and saw the book store Obama's daughter bought a copy of To Kill a Mockingbird yesterday. The Obamas vacationed in the vineyard last year and are there now. They have many news channels in MV and I saw that on the news last night. Then I went to this music store and bought a bigger, nicer, better sounding ukulele for half off! Then we went and waited at the ferry and my dad got us off the island four hours early (thank god). And now I'm home.

Lambs, Art galleries, and a new ukulele is a successful day.

Aunt Voula: Oh, that's okay. I make lamb. "
