Bluebell

Today we hiked up a rocky path (well, path...) to the Hohe Kammerscharte (2689m). Beautiful views of the Kitzensteinhorn glacier, the villages Kaprun and Zell am See and snowy mountaintops all around!

On the way to the top I saw this cute little bluebell. Back in the apartment I looked it up in my "Blumen der Alpen" guide. Apparently this particular one is Scheuchzers Bluebell (Campanula scheuchzeri), it can grow until 3100m and it blooms in July and August! :)
