Welcome home

Phew, it's back albeit the back-up didn't work (so I've lost all of my photo's from my wife's 40th birthday, some music and it still isn't connecting to my broadband), but frankly I'm just relieved to see it home. Lots of lessons about dealing with computer support desks.

For the record, I've been on the phone to these jokers for a total of 4 hours over seven calls and six operators and they referred me to four other component and service suppliers (despite me having the service agreement with them). Service providers?...naw, total baw bags!!
