Fillet Steak Ciabatta
Bit of a busy day today with heading back down to Drogheda for my last couple of weeks working in the ROI.
No time for breakfast or much lunch, so I was really looking forward to my dinner in The Salthouse restaurant.
Very tasty it was too! The thinly sliced fillet is covered in caramelised onions and it's rather delicious.
The girls who work there are consistently friendly and helpful and the food is nomtastic. Great stuff :)
