Hot and steamy

My dinner this afternoon. It was a bit difficult to redirect the flash and still show the damp above the meal, so the food wouldn't look discusting. I think bright flash-reflections on food always looks awfull and greasy.

The only thing I noticed, when I looked at the picture on my computer, was I forgot to set the camera to manual-macro, which makes the pan in the background look sharp. (I use a Canon Powershot A570)
