Gardillo seedhead

There won't be many of these left in my north facing garden this year so decided to take a pic - was laying propped on elbows on a stone path and slipped - scraped my elbows and forearms - but not to worry - the camera is okay (the most important thing! LOL) hence the blurry bits - decided to put it up anyway to remind me to be more sensible and lay on something more comfortable next time.
