The Sky at Night

Hello there, I'm new round these parts. Pretty exciting stuff!
I really wanted to take more night sky photos, this was just testing out my camera's capabilities on a tripod. Had to use self timer to stop blurring as I don't have a remote, so a lot of waiting, but I quite like it, it doesn't really look like night.
Since there was the meteor shower, I've been wanting to take photos of stars; obviously, as soon as I thought this it got cloudy and has been for weeks. Anywho, there are a few other million things to take photos of to keep me occupied.
