Yes, Shy was correct, it is a EOS 40D, I could not resist it, even got a fair deal from the shop, plus the £70 cash back from Canon.

Took this with the last shot from my old Fuji S602 Pro zoom, which I have had for about 4½ years, I have now given it to BMJnr to blip with.

I must read the manual to this, there is so many buttons and options, ahh, never mind it gives me something to do in the caravan.

Shy, I couldn't afford a EOS 1DS MkIII, well I could, but couldn't afford the divorce settlement afterwards.

Never min, I could upgrade in a few years though, if I keep it under my hat.
