Happy Birthday Weefeet

My dad invited us out to his house to have cake this afternoon. After a 1 hour trip in the U-Bahn, the S-Bahn, and then the bus, we reached our destination, this lovely secluded little haven of Berlin which is Wannsee. Went for a walk by the big lakes, watching the boats float by in the sunshine, but the cold, continental winds were too much for the Scots! (no wonder, if you are only wearing a long cardie...).

My dad had splashed out on a huge selection of beautiful cakes and we accompanied it with plenty of coffee and tea. A lovely afternoon all in all.

Weefeet - if I could have, I would have brought over some cake for you, as I know you would have appreciated it - wishing you a very happy birthday (this is a very cheap way of a birthday card, I have to say!).
